Either 5″ x 5″ Squares, 10″ x 15″ Sheets or 15 lb. Ready-to-Sheet Bulk.
Ingredients:
- 10 squares Pennant Frozen Puff Pastry*
- 1 lg egg, whisked
- 3 cups russet potatoes, roughly 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp. veg oil
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds
- ½ tsp. fennel seeds
- ¾ cup sweet onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. ginger paste, or fresh minced
- 1 green chili, seeds removed and minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsps. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
- Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
- 1 bunch cilantro, washed and hard stems removed
- 1 green chili, seeds removed
- 3 tsp. ginger paste, or fresh minced
- ½ tsp. cumin powder
- ⅛ tsp. garam masala
- 2 tsps. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. sugar
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
