  • 10 squares Pennant Frozen Puff Pastry*
  • 1 lg egg, whisked
  • 3 cups russet potatoes, roughly 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. veg oil
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp. coriander seeds
  • ½ tsp. fennel seeds
  • ¾ cup sweet onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. ginger paste, or fresh minced
  • 1 green chili, seeds removed and minced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsps. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 bunch cilantro, washed and hard stems removed
  • 1 green chili, seeds removed
  • 3 tsp. ginger paste, or fresh minced
  • ½ tsp. cumin powder
  • ⅛ tsp. garam masala
  • 2 tsps. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
