  • Kosher Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 8 oz. Gruyère (shredded) – or cheese of choice
  • 5 oz. Boursin Garlic and Fine Herb Cheese
  • 6 Slices Prosciutto
  • Egg Wash (1 egg + 1-2 tbsp. water)
