Either 15″ x 23″ Sheets or 15 lb. Ready-to-Sheet Bulk.
Ingredients:
- 1 – 15” x 23” Pennant Frozen Puff Pastry sheet*
- ¼ cup olive tapenade
- 1½ cups low moisture mozzarella cheese, grated
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1 lg egg, lightly beaten
Filling
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- ⅓ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- ½ cup artichoke hearts, drained form oil, finely chopped
- ½ cup crumbled sheep milk feta
- ½ cup chopped roasted red peppers, drained, patted dry
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes, drained from oil, finely chopped
- ¼ cup. finely chopped fresh dill
- 3 Tbsp. finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
