  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • Cream Filling
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1½ tbsp. espresso powder
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • 5 oz. dark chocolate, chopped, plus 2 oz extra for drizzle
  • ½ cup heavy cream
