- 1 lg. egg, whisked
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- Icing sugar for dusting
- Cream Filling
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1½ tbsp. espresso powder
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 15 g unsalted butter
- 5 oz. dark chocolate, chopped, plus 2 oz extra for drizzle
- ½ cup heavy cream
