Ingredients:
- 1 – 10″x 15″ Pennant frozen Puff Pastry Sheet*
- Lavender Custard Cream
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 3 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- ½ tsp. lavender baking gel (add more for desired flavoring)
- 3 tbsp. butter
Brûlée Top
- 1½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup water
