  • 1 – 10″x 15″ Pennant frozen Puff Pastry Sheet*
  • Lavender Custard Cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tsp. vanilla bean paste
  • ½ tsp. lavender baking gel (add more for desired flavoring)
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • Brulé Top
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • ¼ cup water
