Enriched wheat flour (contains malted barley flour), Soybean and palm oil spread (soybean oil, hydrogenated palm oil, modified palm oil, mono- and diglycerides, artificial flavour, annatto), Water, Salt, Wheat gluten, Dough conditioner (sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium carbonate, L-cysteine hydrochloride), Monocalcium phosphate.

Farine de blé enrichie (contient farine d’orge maltée), Tartinade d’huile de soja et d’huile de palme (huile de soja, huile de palme hydrogénée, huile de palme modifiée, mono- et diglycérides, arôme artificiel, rocou) Eau, Sel, Gluten de blé, Conditionneur de pâte (stéaroyl lactylate de sodium, carbonate de calcium, chlorhydrate de L-cystéine), Phosphate monocalcique.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Thaw dough in plastic wrapper in cooler (35°-40°F) for 24 hours. Make sure dough is completely thawed before sheeting. If taken directly from cooler, allow bulk dough to bench rest 30-45 minutes before sheeting. This will bring the dough to an ideal temperature range of 40°-55°F.
- Cover unused dough and place immediately in cooler. Use within 48 hours.
- Bake large items at 370°-380°F until golden brown.
- Bake small items at 380°-400°F until golden brown.
